Driving Directions
From the Greenville/Spartanburg airport:
- Take I-85 N (to Spartanburg).
- Continue on I-85 N for approximately 12 miles.
- Exit at I-85 Business Loop North (exit #69) toward Spartanburg. Continue for 4 miles.
- Take the I-585/US-176 E (exit #5A) toward Pine Street/Downtown. (After entering I-585, you will see
immediately on your left a giant USA flag and a duck pond in front of a building which is Milliken Research Center.)
The I-585 has now become US 176 E/Pine St.
- Remain in the left lane of US 176E/Pine Street for approximately 2 miles.
- Turn left at the signal of East St. John Street/US 29. (You will see Converse College campus on the left side
and at the right adjacent corner, the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce building with flagpoles.)
- Turn left again at the next signal (the Converse College campus is still in view). You are about to enter East
Main Street.
- After entering East Main Street, move to the right lane of the street and continue on for the next 4 signals.
(There is a long distance between the 3rd and 4th signals.) A small shopping plaza (with Blockbuster) on the left
will come into view at the 4th signal. There are three office buildings on the right (DCMP building is the middle one).
Underneath the 4th signal at the right, you will see a small sign "Private Drive" and a sign "Described
and Captioned Media Program." Turn into this private drive where you will find parking spaces by the side of the
building.
From I-26
- Exit at I-85 Business Loop N toward Spartanburg.
- Follow steps #4-8 above.
